Online Ordering Policy

For shipped orders and in store pickup, select the store closest to you. If you are not close to us, we reccomend choosing the San Diego location to ship out from.

If you order "In-Stock" items, we will ship same or next day.
If you choose the "Pick Up" option, a Love Scrubs member will call you when your order is ready.
If you order "Available Online" the processing time varies depending on the brand.

Dickies, Cherokee, HeartSoul, Landau, Wink: 5-10 business days

Exchange Policy

We happily exchange unused, unwashed, regular priced scrubs in new/resellable condition with original tags attached, within 30 days of purchase for regular priced items. Shoes must be exchanged within 7 days with original packaging and in new condition.

Love Scrubs does not offer refunds. Love Scrubs does not offer refunds for multiple reasons including: we are supporting 20+ local jobs, we are also working with a small business budget with limited funds not able to support an excess of inventory when large returns are made daily.
